In the past, organizations have had to secure their email infrastructure with the needs and preferences of their end-users as an afterthought. But with the growing complexity of individual requirements, that's no longer an option.
MX Force provides numerous capabilities to end-users to allow the control they require, while removing the administrative burden associated with managing a solution for your users. Moreover, the administrator retains the ability to set organization-level and individual-level preferences.
Junk Box Summaries
Users receive a summary once per day (or at an interval of your choice), which lists the messages that have arrived in their quarantine since their last notification. With a single click, users can view and unjunk any message in the notification, as well as instantly login to manage their preferences.
Individual Quarantine
Users have 24x7 access to their personal quarantines. Simply by logging in to their personal account, they have access to all messages that have been classified as junk mail within the past 15 days.
Whitelisting & Blacklisting
Users can quickly add an email address or an entire domain name to their personal whitelists and blacklists to ensure they receive the messages they need, and only the messages they need.
Spam Handling & Management
Without the need for administrative intervention, users are presented with easy to understand options to manage their personal security needs.
Anti-Spam Aggressiveness
Individuals can set how aggressive MX Force filters messages based on their substance such as sexual content, offensive language, and many more.
Foreign Language & Country Preferences
Messages can be filtered according to the language in the message or by the country of origin.
Spam, Virus, & Phishing Handling Settings
Users can choose to have spam messages placed in their quarantine, or tagged as [Spam] in the message header. Junk Box summary intervals and preferences are also configurable at the individual level.
MX Force makes the complex simple. By providing options all the way down to the user-level, no one's needs are left out during the implementation of our email security service.
